Cancellation Policy:	If you cancel in the winter more than two weeks prior to your rental date, for holidays more than one month, for summer more than two months, and we find another renter, 80% is refundable, otherwise 50% is refundable. Cancellation fee $25. Full refund if we must cancel and no cancellation fee
