Backing on State Forest land, the house has a stunning view into the woods through the floor-to-ceiling picture windows making up three sides of the master bedroom. Hardwood interiors,numerous skylights,vaulted ceilings. The house is 1 block from the beach in in the secluded community of Tierra Del Mar (halfway between Tillamook and Lincoln City and due west of Portland). Tierra Del Mar is located in the middle of a very quiet 8-mile stretch of white sandy beach. A second house is also available just a block away, great combination for family gatherings!

A second bedroom with a double bed and the living room has a double hideabed. A single rollaway bed is also available. A just-remodeled "kid's bunkhouse" sleeps 2-3 and adjoins the deck near the bedrooms.

Additional Amenities:
The kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, coffee-maker etc). A barbecue is available. The living room has a fireplace and there is rainy-day entertainment ranging from books to the VCR to a motley collection of kid's toys & games.

Local Attractions & Activities:
At one end of the beach is an estuary where you can spot everything from herons to seals to eagles. At the other end of the beach is the rarely visited north side of majestic Cape Kiwanda.
