From our secluded, cozy cottage, view the ocean and migrating gray whales as well as native vegetation alive with several species of birds. Listen to the roaring surf from the sunny deck while reading or daydreaming. There is a grassy backyard for children's play. Curl up on the sofa in front of the wood stove (wood is included) and watch a winter storm or a beautiful sunset. A peaceful, relaxing retreat/vacation is possible in this tucked-away setting.

Walk one block to Seal Rock State Park and beach access with fabulous marine gardens and majestic rock formations. Food options within walking distance include a Japanese restaurant and several small shops where you can buy fresh sandwiches to go or indulge in your favorite ice cream, handmade fudge, or carmel-laced brownies. Yum-m-m-m. Seal Rock shops include antiques, chain saw wood carving studio, general store, Post Office, fine wood carving gallery and blown glass studio where you can watch art created.

From the Cottage you can easily day trip to all that the Central Oregon Coast has to offer from the outlet malls in Lincoln City (no sales tax in Oregon) to the sand dunes in Florence. There are miles of public beaches in between and lots of fun experiences including several golf courses and two casinos.

Special Discounts:	$85/night for 2; $100/night for 3; $115/night for 4; $135/night for 5 or 6 people maximum.

Cleaning Fee:	$$50 or you clean
Cancellation Policy:	There is a $75 administrative fee charged for any cancellation. If your reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, the cleaning fee, if paid, and your rental fee, minus the $75 administrative fee, will be refunded. If your reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the cleaning fee, if paid, will be refunded, the $75 administrative fee will be deducted from the rental fee and you will be refunded one half of the balance. If your reserved time is rented by another guest, your full payment will be refunded minus the $75 administrative fee.
