This quiet neighborhood is located near the Seaside Golf Course, the Beach, Cove, Promenade, Groceries, Dining, Cafe and Book Store.

Additional Amenities:
On the upper level of the home is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Jen Air and Espresso machine. A kitchen counter with seating for 3, seperates the kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats 10 (or 12 very cozy). A slider opens to the deck from the dining area. Once on the deck you can BBQ, enjoy the sun and the hot tub. The open living room has a TV and floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the mountain views and surrounding trees. The upper level hosts 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queeen bed, the second bedroom has a queen and bunk bed, the master has a queen bed and attached bathroom with shower. The main bathroom on this level has a shower with jacuzzi tub. The lower level (or ground level) of the home has a family room with TV/DVD/VCR and surround sound. Also a cozy table for games or chatting sits near the wood stove. There is a full laundry area with washer and dryer. The fourth bedroom is on this level and includes a 1/2 bath. Both couches in the living room and family room have queen size hide-a-beds. Paper products, dish and laundry soap are provided.

Seaside provides year round activities at the Convention Center and on the beach which can be checked out at SeasideChamber.com. Seaside hosts a Kite Festival, Volley Ball Tournament, Hood to Coast Run and many other events.

Local Attractions & Activities:
Downtown provides shopping, dining, bumper cars, arcade and great people watching. The promenade reaches from one end of town to the other and is a great place for family bike riding, jogging or strolling. On the north end of town is The Factory Outlet Mall.
