The Pelican's Nest is a stunning 3100 sq ft custom 2 story vacation home. The interior is built with clear finished cedar and displays 3 large skylights to bring in the sun, moon and the stars. This home is open,light and bright with many windows and great white water views. It features an expansive living room with wonderful daytime views and a cozy gas fireplace for that romantic evening with someone special. 42" Flat screen HD TV in our upstairs living area with Blu-ray player and another 32" in our downstairs TV/Game room with DVD player. Music and Movie Channels are provided.

Our large fully equipped gourmet kitchen is ready and waiting for you to cook up a wonderful meal with friends and family. The kitchen, dining room, and TV room all join together to keep everyone close during meal preparation. From there just open the sliding glass door and enter into our private courtyard with gas BBQ and patio furniture.

The Pelican's Nest has 3 spacious bedrooms. Upstairs you will find two master suites, one with a king and twin bed, the other with a queen and one twin. One bath has a large soaking tub/shower combo and the other with a walk-in tiled shower. Our downstairs bedroom contains 2 queen beds with a bathroom around the corner. It also has a walk-in tiled shower. There are no stairs to enter our home. One bedroom and bath on entry level.

The home is situated just one lot back from the beach with beach access just steps away. We are just 15 minutes from Bandon and Pacific Dunes Golf Courses and 5 minutes to Old Town Bandon. Towels and linens are provided, Laundry room with Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Free WIFI and Long Distance Domestic Calls. Sleeper Couch upstairs. Pets welcome by prior arrangement.

High Season May 18th through Sept 18th $285.00 per night. Low season Sept 19th to May 17th $195.99 a night or check for special deals and last minute specials on our website. Cleaning, pet fees and Oregon tax still apply to all bookings and are not included in the nightly rates.
