This Cape Cod style house makes a great vacation home. Designer decorated in the relaxed vintage beach look with comfy sofas, chairs, and beds. Large 2400 sq. ft home has 3 br, family, living/dining room, sunroom, kitchen, 1 1/2 ba, laundry and spa. The Sunriver bedroom has king bed with window seat overlooking the river and ocean beyond, just perfect for reading. The Necanicum room has 3 twins that can be converted to a superking, and a chair to curl up in and watch the river and ocean. The Quilt room has a queen bed for those who like to cuddle. The living room with a sofa bed, family room and kitchen overlook the river, estuary and ocean view beyond. The sunroom with a daybed is the perfect place to enjoy the front garden. The Spa is off the livingroom and has a bathhouse along with large deck for sunbathing and a BBQ, table, chairs and a heater for evening dining with a river view. Below the family room and kitchen is the flagstone patio with benches, a fire ring for a fire and marshmallows, a perfect place to watch the sunset.

In the north garden we have the hammock between the trees with a great view of the river and estuary, the best place for doing nothing. We have a canoe,and crab ring for your use so you can bring home dinner. Only 4 blocks to the corner grocery store, 5 to the outlet mall and just 7 blocks to the beach, easily walked.

Just across the river by canoe is the best beach in the area. You are a 20 minute walk from downtown Seaside,so if you walk to dinner you can have dessert!

		Other Info: Additional Features: This is the perfect place for the fisherman or crabber. Take the canoe upstream to downtown Seaside or downstream to the estuary and up the Neawanna river. The best fishing bridge in Oregon is just a few blocks away at 12th Ave. The corner store at 12th Ave is a great place to shop. The prices are good and they have a great selection of 5 cent candy, and ice cream bars for the walk to the beach to watch the sunset. The Movie Theatre, Outlet Mall and the bike rentals are just 4-5 short blocks away.
