The entry floor offers three bedrooms, the large master bedroom with a view of the ocean offers a king bed and full bath with Jacuzzi tub, the second and third bedrooms with queen beds one with a continental bath. The lower level is great for the younger generation with two full futon beds plus a laundry area. The main floor is magnificent with its high bead-board ceiling, breathtaking views, private deck, spacious eating area, and a living room with a fireplace and plenty of room for the family to enjoy time together. Stroll out to the deck to relax in the large hot tub overlooking the glorious Pacific Ocean. Whether you are visiting the Oregon coast to play on the beach, golf, dine, shop or spend relaxing time with the family, Bella Casa is sure to meet your vacation needs!

Cancellation Policy:Should the need to cancel arise 45 days prior to your arrival, a refund of the initial deposit will be issued, less a 10% cancellation fee and a $50 reservation fee. For cancellations that occur within 45 days of your arrival date, the entire deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we are able to rebook your accommodations less a 10% cancellation fee and a $50 reservation fee. For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, cancellations or changes must be made no later than 24 hours after making the reservation. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
