Enjoy the homes and the well-kept outdoor areas at this wonderful Lincoln City Home. Located less than a full block to the beach access, you will find beautiful sandy beaches nearby! The main house has a large kitchen, living room, two family rooms - one of which doubles as a private sleeping room, with two twin pull-out beds and a private bathroom. This family room also has a large screen TV and a mini-bar for movie-time fun! The large country kitchen and dining table makes vacation family meals so much more enjoyable! Spacious deck with picnic table and hot tub, located off the living room. TV and great seating space in the main living room. The main home has a master suite on the main level, as well as a guest bath in the hallway. The entrance to the studio home us private and separate from the main home and is accessed from the exterior steps near the front door main home entrance.

This studio home is actually very spacious with a full kitchen, full bath, living room, bedroom and an oceanfront patio with picnic table and hot tub. Both the studio and the main home have a washer and dryer.
