We are across the street from the beach, just a 90-second walk from your door to the sand. Perfect for family and group get-togethers or couples and singles, we offer three charmingly decorated, uniquely appointed suites - all with ocean views - and we welcome pets. #1 is a romantic studio unit with a demi-canopy over the deluxe, top-of-the-line king-size bed, a cozy sitting area, and a table for meals with a view. #2 is a 1-bedroom unit that sleeps up to 5, with a hideabed in the living room, and a queen-size bed and an antique 3/4 bed (slightly smaller than a double) in the bedroom. #3 is a large 1˝-bedroom suite that sleeps up to 7, with a queen hideabed in the living room, a double bed in a secluded alcove, as well as a queen and a twin in the bedroom.
Seasonal Special:
July 6-11th #2 (sleeps up to 5) 6 nights for the price of 5, or 5 for price of 4. July 8-10 #1 (sleeps 2) $40 off three nights. July 13-17 #1 (sleeps 2) 5 nights for the price of 4. Please mention the July special.

Free 5 minute DVD room tour with scenes from the beach available. Just email request with your address, or mention it in the availability request form. Onsite antiques shop, a Jacuzzi hot tub. Peak Season rate; (April 1st thru Sept., plus year 'round holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays): # 1 or #2: $75/night (over 2 people $5 each per night). #3: $85/night (over 4 people, $5 each per night). Single nights booked no sooner than three days in advance.
Off-Season: $60/night (Sunday thru Thursday nights). Additional Amenities:
All units have fully equipped, spotless kitchens - just bring food; we also provide fresh coffee beans and grinders plus tea. All suites have full-sized ranges. #3 has a full-sized refrigerator, and there are apartment-sized refrigerators in the 2 smaller units. The bathrooms are immaculate, bright, and spacious, and the studio unit offers a rain-style showerhead. There's also a small assortment of Games, puzzles, and children's toys in the 2 larger units, as well as a selection of books, including a takeaway paperback collection. Additional pictures available through email. We have a generator for your comfort during possible power outages. We are onsite to help with any needs that may arise. Local Events:
