One of the few houses "on the beach" in Oceanside. Has the best view at the best price. Enjoy the spectacular views of Cape Lookout and Three Arch Rocks from the private back deck.
Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, with fireplace, den (with one sleeper futon and privacy screens for an extra sleeping area)as well as a comfy roll-a-way single bed (total of 4 beds). Kitchen (incl. wok, waffle maker,fish/rice steamer, crock pot, coffee maker, etc). Laundry room has washer/dryer, laundry sink.
George Foreman Electric Grill (indoor use only). Deck has an outdoor bar-b-que.
Living room & kitchen have ceiling to floor windows for panoramic view from indoors. Master bedroom has a large picture window with the same breathtaking vistas.
Pets always welcome. Fenced in "dog run." Spacious side yard on the property is great for family gatherings and picnics; providing ample parking for RV's, boats, trailers, etc. There is also a spacious two car garage.
One dozen organic farm fresh eggs from our Oceanside farm provided to you with our compliments! (When hens are laying.)
October 1- May 31 = $165/night.
Consecutive stays 5 nights or longer = $150.
June 1 - Sept. 30 = $235/night. Consecutive stays 5 nights or longer = $210.

Books, magazines, games, beach toys for the children. Local Events: We can assist in arranging charter boat outings. Local Attractions & Activities: The two local beaches (1/2 block walk to each access) are famous for agates, Oregon jade, star fish, and other aquatic life. Beautiful hikes (simple to more challenging are within a 15 minute drive and/or walk. Maxwell Mountain (viewable from back deck is famous for hang gliders). Surfers also abound. Cape Meares Lighthouse is well known for its beautiful vistas, "falcon cam"; and the famous "Octopus Tree".
