625 Sq. Ft. oceanfront unit, on the lower floor of a house, with all the comforts of home. 1 bdrm featuring a Pillow Top Qn. Size Bed, Full kitchen, bath, living room and dining area, ALL with an oceanfront view and access. Gas fireplace, Your own private covered patio with hot tub and BBQ, Landsaped yard and fire pit, Covered Clam/Fish cleaning room with sink. Right on the beach.
1 Mile North of Pacific Beach and 3 Miles North of Seabrook.

Beachwalk to the Moclips River or the town of Pacific Beach. Beachcomb, watch the storms, surf fish, clam dig, surf, kayak, run, play ball, build a sandcastle, fly a kite or just sit and enjoy at your own private sitting area at the edge of the dunes.

Sit on the patio or in the hot tub and watch your kids safely play on the beach. Beach has NO driving from April 15th through Labor Day.
