King bed, gas fireplace, futon sofa which converts to a double bed to let the young-ones sleep nearby, or just simply to relax on while enjoying the fire!

Private balcony deck with wonderful ocean views! The master bath has a large walk-in shower, separate Jacuzzi tub and double sink. The master suite also sports a TV and a Play Station! Down the hall is another guest bath with tub-shower combination and a guest room with a king size bed. Walk up another flight of stairs where most pleasant surprises await you on the third floor!
