Sand Andreas Vault is a very spacious three story home with wonderful ocean and surf views!

On the main level you will enjoy the oceanview livingroom, dining room and large family kitchen. Living room features a gas fireplace and fabulous view windows. There is one sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space and a flat screen T.V. for entertainment, when not watching the ocean, in the living room. Twin Bunk beds located in the room adjacent to the living room. 1/4 bath near the entry hall. Sliding door at the dining room and living room, leads to a wonderful deck! Go up one level from the living room, to find a full master suite, including a private oceanview deck. Master bath has a Jacuzzi Tub, walk-in shower and double sinks. Queen bed and T.V. in master suite. The lowest level of the home has a spacious family room, with oceanview, gas fireplace and T.V. Down the hall are two bedrooms, each with a queen and a bath with a tub shower combination.

It's important to note that you'll enjoy oceanviews from all the bedrooms, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen . . . how good can it get? Beach access is just down the hill, about a 10 minute walk from the house or drive down and park at the access point.

This home is located just next door to OceanView Star, for ease of larger family groups or business retreats.
