Charming Cape Cod style cottage in quiet Manzanita, Oregon which is 2 hours from Portland and 1/2hour from Cannon Beach on the North Oregon Coast. This rental is a newly furnished, architect designed remodel with hardwood floors and lots of natural light.

The Main unit sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms plus a loft area. It is approximately 1600 sq.ft. The Master bedroom has its own bath with a queen bed and a balcony. The second bedroom has a twin and a full
size bed and is upstairs next to the loft which has a queen futon. The second full bath is on the main floor.

The main floor has an open living/dining area which looks into the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and has a microwave and dishwasher and is well stocked.

There is also an outdoor barbecue on the deck. The large deck extends towards the front of the house and provides great views of the mountains to the north and the ocean through the trees to the West. There are plenty of deck chairs, tables and a HOT TUB on the deck. The house known as "the Courtyard" is a block to town and 2 blocks to the beach and is very private because of its design.

For larger groups or if you want extra privacy, the lower "Courtyard unit"(900 sq.ft) may be rented only when renting the Main upper unit. It is a spacious 1 bedroom,1 bath apartment, separate entrance, sleeps 2 and has a fireplace, private courtyard and open kitchen.

Manzanita is a small beach community with shops, galleries and restaurants all within walking distance. No smoking or pets.
