This home is in an area of full-time residents on a very quiet street and has room to park your towed boat trailer or up to 4 vehicles. You'll feel right at home in this comfortable three-bedroom two-bath ranch! Master suite has a king size bed. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has a full size bed and a bunk. Hall bath has a tub/shower combination to make bathing the little ones easy! Nicely arranged living room is great for watching movies together or enjoying good conversation! Large kitchen and dining area with seating for all 8 guests provides you with the perfect reason to enjoy some home cooked meals! In the garage are a pool table and a ping-pong table for extra entertainment!

A very private, fenced back yard and a patio with outdoor furniture enhance outdoor living. The yard is all grass, so be sure to pick up after your pooch so others can enjoy this fun area too! This home is so reasonably priced that you'll be able to extend your vacation and enjoy much fun while in Lincoln City! Additional $50 pet cleaning fee applies.
