Part of a duplex unit, you'll have privacy, views and a hot tub (North Unit Only) Each unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and will sleep 8 guests or when rented together there is room for up to 16 guests. The ocean views from all 6 bedrooms and both living rooms are spectacular! Walk along the State Park 804 Trail and enjoy the ocean spraying up along the coastline. This extraordinary part of the coastline is full of the natural lava tubes where the force of the waves pushes the water up through the tubes and creates a spectacular view any time of year!

The home itself is two stories with an oversized one-car garage. The hot tub is located in an enclosed area protected from the wind and rain, yet with a view to the ocean you'll be delighted with the experience. The main living level of the home is upstairs. All rooms, except the bathrooms have ocean views! The great room is a fabulous spot for the guests to gather with the kitchen, dining area and living room all together. A large Northern ocean view deck is off the dining room making it so easy to extend living space to the out doors during nice weather. The living room has a fireplace and comfortable seating, as well as a TV with DVD player. Fun entertainment, such as books and games, tucked away in the cupboards, are ready for guest enjoyment.
