This two-story town home has the kitchen, living and dining room all on the main floor. A private garden patio with a Gas BBQ is a quiet place to enjoy family meals or morning coffee. The living room has a cozy feel to it with a sectional sofa and two chairs, including one recliner! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, bake ware and all you'll need to enjoy fun vacation meals! The hall bath on the main level has a walk-in shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with queen beds. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV with DVD player and a private small lanai, which overlooks the patio garden area below. The hall bath upstairs has a tub/shower combination.

This unit is right next to Flying Jib #303 and makes a perfect spot for families to vacation together. This unit IS pet friendly, which means your well-behaved family dog is welcome to vacation with you. (Additional $50 pet cleaning fee applies.) This unit has a ping pong table in the garage for evening or rainy day fun.

Please note: There is room for two cars in the lot. Please do not exceed that number, so your car will not be subject to towing.
