Located in the heart of the Roads End area of Lincoln City, it is easily accessible without Hwy 101 traffic. Within 5 minutes are the premier Safeway, the Chinook Winds Casino and Golf Course, Devils Lake, and several fine restaurants.

SEAWITCH is a home of friendly elegance. Owned by the same family for more than 40 years, it has been lovingly redone to provide you with an unforgettable vacation. From the leaded glass front door to the extraordinary gourmet kitchen, you will love the many comforts provided. The beautifully designed kitchen has slab granite, all new stainless steel appliances, a Dacor gas cook top and barbecue, 2 sinks, and is fully furnished with any and all kitchen needs, plus a flat-screen HDTV/DVD. In addition, there is an 8’ solid wood butcher block island with seating for 4 or 5, a hand-carved table with additional seating for 6, and dishes, glassware, and silverware for 16. Ocean view dining made comfortable and easy!On this main floor, the adjoining great room is light and bright and has the original vaulted wood ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, and an open carved staircase. There is a separate den and custom wood bar, with a 47” flat-screen 1080p HDTV and DVD player, and a sofa and loveseat which contain 4 recliners for additional comfort/sleeping. Also a new laundry room, and a newly built master bedroom with king-size bed, Bahama-style ceiling fan, and separate enclosed patio. Steps away, the main bathroom has a tiled shower and dual shower heads. Upstairs provides a definite beach cottage feel in the original 3 bedrooms with painted wood paneling and vaulted wood ceilings. Every bedroom has windows that open to the sea breezes, and one has a skylight for moonlight views. The bedrooms include a queen-size bed, 2 twin beds, and a double bed.
