This great oceanfront Lincoln City vacation home sits high on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. It is so majestic to watch the Whales swim by, spout and feed in the waters below!

The main level of the home has a large entryway with plenty of space to kick off your sandy beach shoes. Step further into the home to a very spacious family-sized kitchen that is ready for you to cook any kind of meal! Dining table with fabulous ocean views and plenty of room for your family or group of friends! The living room has a wonderful view of the ocean, gas fireplace and lots of comfortable, new furniture to enjoy. Sunroom overlooks the ocean and is perfect to enjoy anytime of year, especially during storm-watch seasons. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, both with queen size beds. A bathroom in the hallway is very spacious and has an under the counter washer and dryer. The tub-shower combination has hand bars for those who may need assistance. Also on this main level is the family room with all new furniture, including a sleeper sofa. The family room closes off for extra privacy during the night. Fun entertainment in the family room includes cable TV and a foos-ball table and let's not forget to mention the cozy gas fireplace for added warmth! The upstairs portion of this home is an open loft that overlooks the living room and has wonderful ocean views! This room has 2 queen beds with a divider you can set between the two beds for extra privacy. Also in this room are two chairs to enjoy the scenes of the ocean or to watch TV from.
Parking for up to 4 cars, with two in the garage and two in the drive.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is not suitable for families with small children, due to no yard and the high bank location. The small strip of grass between the sunroom and the high bank is NOT intended for outdoor use, but rather a buffer between the home and the bank. This home does NOT allow pets.
