Enjoy saving $50 EVERY NIGHT at the “low season rate” of $150 October 15-May 15 (excluding holidays, Newport Wine Festival, and Spring Break) ~ the rate is $200 per night May 16-October 14.
* ~ We are happy to announce a change in the laundry responsibilities at The Waves House ~ upon departure, your responsibility is to only wash/dry 1 load of towels (instead of wash/dry ALL the sheets, bathrobes, and towels). You can even pop the towels in the dryer, press the “On” button, and you are good to go,giving you time for a last walk on the beach, or coffee sipping on the deck overlooking the ocean. We are pleased to have made this arrangement with our great housekeeping staff.

There is a two night minimum stay at The Waves House.
In order to guarantee reservations, a deposit of one-half (1/2) of the total bill is required within 7 days of original reservation date.
Full payment is required twenty-one (21) days prior to your stay.
There is no admittance without full payment of bill.
