This wonderfully appointed ground floor condo will sleep up to six guests. The ocean view master suite has a king size bed overlooking both the ocean and a gas fireplace, a sliding door to the oceanfront patio, and a large master bath with a walk in shower and a Jacuzzi Spa bath tub. The living room has a gas fireplace with a beautiful stone surround. TV with a DVD player for added entertainment when not keeping an eye of the surf. Two swivel chairs in the living room truly do provide you with the front row seat of the many spectacular views! A quality queen size sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping options for guests. Hall bath has a tub shower combination and there is a washer and dryer in the condo, which certainly invites a longer stay! Guest room has a queen size bed and has an adjoining door to the hall bath. Another room has a twin bed and a small TV. This is a great cozy spot for reading or can be used for an extra sleeping option for guests. The kitchen is all new with the latest in appliances, cabinetry and granite counters. Behind the cupboard doors you'll find all you need to make an enjoyable sit down dinner, welcoming breakfasts or an easy-going vacation meal.

You have the privilege to use the shared indoor swimming pool and hot tub as well as the exercise room and other amenities of the clubhouse. In renting this condo you agree to the following terms: No pets allowed. No smoking on the property or grounds permitted at all. Use of the common area clubhouse is subject to all posted rules and regulations governing the facility.
