The house has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and fabulous views! Best of all, this home is located across the street from the newest Nelscott beach access in Lincoln City! There are views from all of three bedrooms, the kitchen and the great room. The entry level of this home is located on the mid-level, with an exterior staircase to the front door. On the mid-level the master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and DVD player and a sliding glass door to the deck. The second room has a queen bed and has ocean and mountain views. The third guest room has a twin bed and pull out trundle with a sliding door to deck. For added entertainment enjoy the TV with a Play Station 2 in this bedroom. Hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a full size washer and dryer are on the same level as the bedrooms. The upper level of the home is the main living area, which has a spacious open floor plan with outstanding ocean views. The kitchen has all you will need to bring in your groceries and cook up any vacation or holiday meal. The living room has two sofas, which easily convert into comfortable full size beds for additional sleeping. There is a full bath on this level with a tub/shower combination. Stay connected with the office, family and friends with Wi-Fi at the home. Entertainment includes 3 TVs, two with DVD players all connected to satellite.

There is room for 3 vehicles at this home, one in the garage and two in the driveway. This home has strict vacation rental permit regulations and does not permit more than three vehicles, towed boats, trailers or RVs.

Please note there is a $50 pet cleaning fee to bring your dog to this vacation home. If you are not bringing a pet, you must call our office to Opt-out.
