This home is located just South of Rockaway Beach in the sleepy neighborhood of Twin Rocks. The location is very peaceful and perfect for a quiet vacation!

This is a split-level, two-story home with beautiful views of the ocean over the top of the wonderful coastal pine trees. With a private lighted trail leading through the pine trees, your access to the beach is easy and scenic.

The great room area, located upstairs, consists of the living room, kitchen and dining room! Of course, the kitchen is ready to cook up any meal and the ocean view dining table will be a favorite spot any time of day. The living room has very comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flat panel TV, stereo system and a telescope for watching sea life, birds, fishing boats or ships on the sea. Each bedroom is a suite with private bathrooms. The first bedroom is located on the split-level between the two stories of the home and has a queen size bed and a seating area. The lower level guest room has a queen size bed, seating area and a sliding door to the deck and hot tub. The third bedroom has two sets of bunks (all twins), a small sofa, TV and a sliding door to the deck. There's plenty of outdoor living with the spacious upper and lower decks, both outfitted with furniture to extend your indoor living out where you can easily enjoy the fresh ocean breezes. This home is well appointed and ready for your vacation or weekend getaway any time of year.
