Shearwater is your home by the sea. The main level includes the kitchen, dining, livingroom with a sleeper sofa and master suite with jetted tub. Hickory Cabinets, myrtle wood floors and trim, tile floors and Berber carpet throughout the home. Upstairs includes a full bath, two bedrooms, one with a private balcony both with queen size beds. Downstairs is a 4th bedroom, hall bath, Jacuzzi changing room, recreation room with two sofa sleepers, secondary dining area, futon sofa sleeper with a high quality mattress, and an away room with a fireplace and 4 by 8 pool table. Your private beach access is immediately in front of Shearwater. Come and stay, relax and play. While not ADA compliant, the main level is wheelchair friendly. Shearwater has parking for 5 vehicles and a local staff available when needed.

Cancellation Policy:Changes to a reservation are subject to availability. A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty(60) days prior to arrival with incur a $295 fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay made 60 days prior to and up to thrity days prior to arrival forfeit the advance payment. Cancellation or early departure made within thirty (30) days of arrival forfeit the full advance payment. The reservaton/security deposit and cleaning fee is refundable for a cancellation made up to the arrival date. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.

Shearwater sits on a 7 mile stretch of beach. We are 1/4mile from Fishing Rock and the Salishan Spit is about 7 miles away. Lincoln Avenue terminates a block to the South and three blocks to the North.

Additional Amenities:
The hot tub is in an enclosed area attached to the lower deck, near the beach. Shearwater has decks and patios on five levels.

Local Events:
Depoe Bay Salmon Bake, Lincoln City Kite festival, Depoe Bay Pirate Treasure Hunt

Local Attractions & Activities:
Depoe Bay's Coast Guard Station, harbor and sea wall are 3 miles South. Within a 15 mile radius there are three golf courses. The Market Place at Salishan is two miles north. Oregon Coast Aquarium is about 15 mile South. Surf fishing, body and board surfing, kite flying and long walks on the sandy beach.
