The second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin mattress on top, double mattress on lower) and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second common bathroom on this floor.

The Second floor has a great room with queen hide-a-bed, living room, dining room, kitchen, rear deck, bathroom, laundry room, and a bedroom with a queen bed.

The ground floor has a garage converted to a recreation room with foosball, ping pong, air hockey and a seating area.
