The Western Room (aka the guest room) has a queen size log bed and great western flair for decor. The Antique Room has two twin beds. Downstairs in the game room, there is a futon sofa, which converts to a queen size bed for additional sleeping options. No rooftops or homes to block your view. Master bath has a Jacuzzi spa tub. For your inside entertainment, the home features HD TV with satellite, stereo, wi-fi and many card and board games. A large game room located in the basement contains a Billiard table, ping pong, darts, giant wood hand made chess and checker set and bar with switchable tabletop displaying casino games. The home is brand new; the kitchen is well equipped for that Thanksgiving dinner and ready for guests.

The home is approximately 3 miles north of shopping in Newport and approximately 1 mile south of Beverly Beach State Park. Ocean fishing is a leisurely walk from the driveway to the beach or, less than two miles south are two beautiful reservoirs for trout fishing. Deep Sea fishing, crabbing, clamming are all available at the historic Newport Marina. Depoe Bay, a whale watching and storm watching sensation, and Lincoln city are a short drive north. Driving through Wine country is part of the enjoyment of the coast. Don't miss the Wine and food festival or the kite flying championships.
