Built in 2009, this beautiful home is just a 5-minute walk to the beach access. The amenities of this home seem to be endless, with a Flat Screen TV in each bedroom, plus one in the living room and one in the Rec Room. You will also find such luxuries as a Jacuzzi tub with an ocean view in the master suite, room darkening shades in all the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, iPod Docking station with CD Player and Radio, DVD Library, Games, Books and very comfortable furnishings! In the Rec Room, you will enjoy the Pool Table, Dart Game and Wet Bar.

This home is three levels, with the main living space, kitchen and dining room on the level above the garage. The bedroom on this main level has a king bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up wonderful holiday and vacation meals. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, all with ocean views and a landing/loft area with a futon sofa that converts for an additional bed. The Rec Room is located downstairs on the lowest level.

This home is a pet-friendly home. There is a pet-cleaning fee to book this home of $50.00 that will be applied to your booking. *If you are not bringing a pet, you must call our office at to Opt-out.

This home is also requires the renter to purchase Damage Waiver Insurance. The fee of $25 be be automatically to your booking.
