The first floor has 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, bath, living room, kitchen and laundry. Great for guests who find stairs difficult. Upstairs is the master bedroom and bath along with the loft area. The bathroom has a cast iron claw foot soaking tub in addition to a large shower with bench.
The viewing deck off of the master bedroom is a perfect spot for that morning cup of coffee or a romantic sunset. The first floor deck, equipped with table and chairs, will handle a family barbeque. Additional Amenities:
Large concrete driveway will accommodate boats, trailers and rv's. (Sorry no hookups). Local Events:
