I, the property owner, will provide updated images as appropriate. By providing photos to BEACHCOMBERS NW, whether by electronic or other means, I give permission for BEACHCOMBERS NW to use the photos on its website or in its printed materials, and that I have the authority to grant such permission to BEACHCOMBERS NW. BEACHCOMBERS NW shall not be responsible for any interference in transmission of data supplied by me, the property owner, including for example, BEACHCOMBERS NW internet provider being out of service. BEACHCOMBERS NW reserves the right to terminate this relationship, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the property is not as represented by owner or if BEACHCOMBERS NW receives multiple complaints about the property.
