Some say this is the perfect oceanfront community and I couldn’t agree more. So you ask, what makes this place so special? Let’s start with the most important item… accommodations. Having 8 parks and campgrounds within minutes of Pacific City… private vacation homes and cottages galore… motels and condos too… finding a place to stay will be a breeze. And if you want to take Bowser, Pacific City has many pet friendly vacation rentals too!
Did I mention this is the home of “The Dory Fleet”? What a sight to see watching these brave boat captains launch their Dory’s from the sandy beach directly into the Pacific Ocean… just to bring you fresh fish. Speaking of fresh fish, start your dining adventure at one of the best brew pubs to be found anywhere and it’s oceanfront… Pelican Pub and Brewery. It’s just a stones throw from this fantastic beach where you can watch all of the action!
