Above It All allows up to ten guests and is located on a quiet street along the Oregon coast in Lincoln City. This home sits high upon a hill, above it all, with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
Entering the home on the middle level, you will see two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The master bedroom has a travertine walk-in shower, while a guest bath with a tub-shower combo is available for the other bedroom on this level.
The main level of this home is a great room and is located on the top floor. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cherry wood cabinetry and granite counter tops. The dining table is large enough for your party of ten or less to sit and extra seating is available at the kitchen bar. The living room has a gas fireplace and a large sectional. There is also a second master bedroom with a queen bed on the top floor, equipped with a travertine walk-in shower with a rain shower head.
The lower level of this home holds a large family room, complete with a futon and sofa sleeper. Each level of the home has a deck with amazing views of the Oregon coast. The hot tub is situated on the lower level.

"This house has an AMAZING view! Only minutes from the beach. Nice kitchen with appliances. Love hte hot tub and the SHOWERS were awesome!! Downsides: Windows need treating for a more clear view, beds weren't that comfy, parking spaces for only 3 cars or 1 car and 1 truck. Luckily we asked the neighbors who have their own "parking lot" and we were able to use that. The house could use a couple twin beds or something for people that don't like sleeping with others. "Had a great time and did not want to leave!Had all of my kids and grandson.the location and view was fantastic.Would do it again.Wasn't to happy with the condition of the reantal for the price I paid.Had garbage left in garage,garbage disposal was clogged and smelled real bad,ice maker didn't work,had 4 people that drank coffee and only had a cheap 6 cup coffee maker,hot tub jets didn't all work,dryer lint hadn't been cleaned for some time,toilet paper holder in up stair bathroom feel off wall, lights on lower patio didn't work.I came 600 miles to have a good time!No ice and small coffee pot was areal let down for the money spent on this nice of place.Over all we had a great time. "This home has 3 levels. Entering the home from the driveway is the middle level with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the laundry room. Upstairs is the main family room and kitchen. Great view of the beach from this level. There is also a big bedroom and bath off the family room. The beds in all rooms are doubles and queens and are adequate. The drawback were the aweful pillows. Flat as a pancake and hard. Had we known we would have brought our own. The other irritating issue was no blinds in the family room windows facing West. The summer afternoon evening glare is brutal and it would be nice to dim the glare. Management informed me that they have the ok from the owner to replace, upgrade the pillows, but not add even cheap blinds. There you go. The lowest level floor is a game room and the hot tub is on the balcony of this level. No ocean view while you're soaking in the hot tub, shrubs block the view. "I brought four of my co-workers to spend three nights at this lovely home. They were immediately thrilled with the home, especially how equipped the kitchen was. The view is just amazing, and the layout and size of the home was perfect for us. Everyone had privacy when needed and there were enough large areas we could gather when we wanted to be together. We only had a couple of complaints. We were unable to connect to the wifi, unable to get the TV on the upper level to turn on (the TV was fixed by calling management, but we never had consistent luck with the wifi), and three smoke alarms began to chirp at 2a.m., and we were unable to find new batteries, or even disconnect them until the morning. So, that night was long and unpleasant for us. However, we will be back as we loved this property!" —Guest

“This house is great for 3 couples and a couple kids. We had 6 adults and it was nice to each have our own bedroom with bathroom. It was really stormy the weekend we were there, so it was nice to have so many windows to enjoy the ocean view while staying in and playing games. The house is very nice, although it is furnished as a rental (everything from IKEA) and pretty basic needs. I always think it is nice when vacation rentals have games and/or welcome basket from owners that your rent from.
