Americana and Paris Suite is a spacious four-story beach home located in the Bella Beach community near Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast, just steps from beach access and the neighborhood green.

Designed for family gatherings and coastal getaways, the home offers comfortable living spaces, multiple decks, and thoughtful amenities that make it easy to relax and enjoy time together.

The main level features an open living area with cozy beach-cottage furnishings, pine wood floors, a fireplace, and a large Smart TV with Roku for streaming movies and shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining table, center island, and everything needed for cooking family meals after a day at the beach.

Americana and Paris Suite comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with five bedrooms plus a loft.

The upper level also includes a game area with a foosball table, card table, and a deck with a peek of the ocean.

Outside you’ll find multiple decks, a porch swing, hammock, and a private hot tub room—perfect for relaxing after exploring the Oregon Coast. Four beach cruisers are included so guests can easily explore the Bella Beach neighborhood and the Lincoln Beach community.

With its spacious layout, family-friendly features, and prime coastal location, Americana is the perfect home base for creating unforgettable Oregon Coast memories.

Deposits & Policies

Rental Deposit: 30% unless within 31 days of stay
Cleaning Fee: $195
Cancellation Policy: Should the need to cancel arise between the date the reservation is made and 31 days prior to your arrival a refund of the initial rental charge will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee and a $75 reservation fee. For cancellations that occur within 31 days of your arrival date the total rental charge will be non-refundable and non-transferable unless we are able to re-book your accommodations less a 10% cancellation fee and a $75 reservation fee. For Extended Stay Rentals there is a 50% deposit and remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to your arrival, cancellations are not offered once rental is paid in full. No refunds will be given for medical emergencies, late arrivals or early departures.

Other Policies: Reserving a Vacation Home All Bella Beach Vacation Rentals homes require a 30% deposit when making the reservation. We will be happy to process this deposit with a credit card (Visa, MC, or Discover). This deposit is non-transferable and may not be applied to any other reservations. The remaining 70% balance is due 31 days prior to your arrival. For Extended Stay Rentals there is a 50% deposit and remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to your arrival and a security deposit of $500. We accept a maximum of two charge cards per reservation.
Smoking Policy: No Smoking
Minimum Stay: Two-nights, Summer three/four-nights, Independence Day and Thanksgiving four nights

This is the best in house Bella Beach, we looked at it every time we stayed in Bella Beach and finally decided to rent it! What a pleasant surprise, the home is very spacious even for a family of 12, each person had their own bed and no pull-outs, the hot tub room is amazing for watching the stars at night, my Mom and Dad took the Paris suite and raved about how quiet and peaceful it was for them. The kids loved the loft, I loved the kitchen as I love to cook and it has everything and loved the quality stainless steal appliances! This is now our summer home away from home!

This house is amazing! We had 2 families, 4 adults and 7 teenage boys. We had plenty of space and the house was so comfy and cute! The beach access is just down the road so the boys were able to go back and forth to the beach! The hot tub was also a big hit!
