Cancellation Policy:	Cancellations: Should the need to cancel arise between the date the reservation is made and 30 days prior to your arrival a refund of the initial rental charge will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee and a $50 reservation fee. For cancellations that occur within 30 days of your arrival date the total rental charge will be non-refundable and non-transferable unless we are able to re-book your accommodations less a 10% cancellation fee and a $50 reservation fee. No refunds will be given for medical emergencies, late arrivals or early departures.

This is the best in house Bella Beach, we looked at it every time we stayed in Bella Beach and finally decided to rent it! What a pleasant surprise, the home is very spacious even for a family of 12, each person had their own bed and no pull-outs, the hot tub room is amazing for watching the stars at night, my Mom and Dad took the Paris suite and raved about how quiet and peaceful it was for them. The kids loved the loft, I loved the kitchen as I love to cook and it has everything and loved the quality stainless steal appliances! This is now our summer home away from home!

This house is amazing! We had 2 families, 4 adults and 7 teenage boys. We had plenty of space and the house was so comfy and cute! The beach access is just down the road so the boys were able to go back and forth to the beach! The hot tub was also a big hit!
