The house is cozy and comfortable with roughly 1500 square feet of living space. The kitchen is open to the living room making cooking a fun and social event.

There are two bedrooms and a set of bunk beds in the utility room off the master. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom with 5 ft. walk-in shower, and television. The second bedroom has a queen bed.

Riverfront, Private Boat Dock, and Boat Ramp
Launch and dock your boat right in the backyard or cast a line off the boat dock. There is abundant crabbing just a few miles downriver and plentiful clamming flats that can be accessed by car or more privately by boat.

Take your boat up the mouth of drift creek and explore rarely seen wilderness. There are loads of crawfish upriver, wild mushrooms within walking distance, miles of logging roads for dirt-bikes, canoeing, kayaking, year-around fishing, and hunting within minutes of the house. Watch otter, seals, birds, and elk from the back deck.

Additional Features:
The house is within walking distance of the Siuslaw National Forest on the Alsea Bay. You can fish right off the dock in the backyard. Some renters have even caught a keeper crab or two off the dock, but you can easily catch your limit of crab and dig many types of clams within 5 miles of the house. Upriver there are easy to catch crawfish. Across the highway is the Siuslaw NF where you can haul out buckets of Chanterelles, Matsutake, Lobster, Cauliflower mushrooms, and others. Elk will frequent the backyard - walk down the boat ramp and swim across the river but beware of large piles of poo in the backyard. Otters, seals, heron, and so many other animals can be seen from the house.
