SUMMARY:Prefontaine Memorial Run
DESCRIPTION:Honoring Coos Bay's legendary native son\, the Prefontaine Memorial Run draws runners to challenge the same roads Steve Prefontaine once trained on. Take on this iconic 10K along the south-central Oregon coast\, feel the inspiring history\, and celebrate one of America's greatest distance runners.\n\nIt's a moving tradition for runners and fans alike. Coos Bay proudly honors "Pre" with this annual event\, and the course captures the spirit of his hometown. Combine the run with a visit to the dunes\, gardens\, and beaches of Oregon's Bay Area for a memorable coastal weekend.\n\nhttps://www.beachcombersnw.com/resources/events/c47d85c7-8fea-4960-bd4b-28323c935822
