Cute little house very comfortable right on the bluff above the beach. Gorgeous view of the ocean and moonset. Nice access directly from the property to the beach. There was a faint smell of dog, as it is a dog friendly house. Things were cozy and comfortable, nothing high-end but that’s OK. We would rent it again mostly because we love the location. —Dominique B.

Very clean and cute! The bed was so comfortable, that was a very nice surprise. The windows looking out at the ocean were unbelievable. We saw seals jumping in the waves right in front of the house a few times! The fenced yard was a huge bonus for our little dogs. Super close to shopping and good food. We loved it! —Kimberly L.

Loved the house. Woke up with doe and fawn in the back yard. Everything was perfect. One small thing. We found a couple of dishes put away dirty. We just stuck them in the dishwasher to let them go around one more time. We will definitely be back! —sherry h.

We returned for our second stay at this sweet cottage. Although it is original and not modern and fancy, it is quaint, clean, and the location can’t be beat. We sleep better on the king bed here than we do at home in our temperpedic bed! High quality bed linens, great pillows, and when your window opens to the sights and sounds of the surf, what’s better than that? We can’t wait to return. —barb k.

We stayed one night and had a great time. The master bed was clean a d comfort and yiu could see the beach from the room. We brought our two dogs. I was a little worried about oet smell since pets are allowed but it didn't have an odor. There were games , books and a ton of puzzles. The location was perfect with stone/ rock steps down to the beach. It is a little outdated but.it was perfect for us. Love the wood wall interior and spent most of our time outside. We'll definitely be back. —Chad S.

Great place!
"Very nice cottage with lots of added supplies. Loved the beach and closeness to town. Only wish we could have fished. Didn't realize this was a Marine Sanctuary. Made for a very peaceful beach though!" —Guest from Welches

Women with dogs retreat
"Great to find accommodations that accept dogs. Fenced front yard was so handy. Perfect beach access. Bolder -style steps to beach were manageable for this active 70+ year old. Place was cleaned to our specific warm water only request. One of our friends has allergies to chemicals in cleaning products. We had a lovely time, and the two dogs had the best beach romp of their lives!" —Jane M. from Seattle

Great place to stay with private beach access
"The house was great, a little old but the location was perfect. Private beach access is great. Parking was a little tough with large vehicle. Views and backyard were to die for!" —Guest from Eagle

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is small and cozy, we had everything we needed. The master bedroom has a nice king bed, and the second bedroom has two twins. The only thing I would change is the two twin mattresses in the second bedroom need to be updated to a more comfortable mattress. They would be ok for a small child but are not for an older heavier child or another adult. .Overall the view is spectacular, we loved having the fenced yard, and the home was inviting and charming. "I almost hate to make it a great review so others will then want to use it when we do....but it is the perfect beach getaway despite being an older had personality plus! Our dogs and we just enjoyed lounging around the fireplace and fixing meals in the well-appointed kitchen and sleeping in the comfortable bedrooms. And the beach access is pretty amazing....just about six steps down a rocky slope and you're there!!"

"This beach front house was clean when I arrived.. Interior was a little bit dated. Beautiful view. Front yard is fenced, kind of wished the back yard so I wouldn’t have to use a leash while sitting out there with the dog. The couch was to low and difficult to get out of. I had a great stay and will probably stay here again. "

"So glad this is back to being a vacation rental. We had pouring rain 2 days, but last day absolutely beautiful. The owners even leave a little basket of "things you might forget" in the bathroom. We especially like this house because we can take our 2 dogs and they have a fenced front yard. Master bed is VERY comfortable. Perfect view of the beach. Love the gas fireplace. The house was clean. They have lots of extra supplies (poopie bags, beach iitems, etc). We especially liked the proximity to the casino."

"Everything was great although we did not have wifi for a 2 days but I must say the ocean was beautiful music. The problem came when we wanted to watch the hockey game, but we got it just in time to see the last inning. All and all the house and ocean was great and enjoyable! Thanks to all that made it a great stay."

"This is our third or fourth year at the Bungalow. Not fancy, but everything we need. Working kitchen, two bedrooms, our puppy dog is welcome, and only steps to the beach. Or just open the blinds and take it all in. Love staying here."

"Loved watching people and frolicking dogs on the beach. This house has a wonderful view and good beach access. We have enjoyed staying here the last few years. House is clean, and cozy - perfect for 2 or 4 people. Couch is in in good shape, but hard to get out of, because it's so low. Great fenced yard for a dog. NOTE: Parking for 2 cars is a challenge. The garage will only hold a narrow width and short car due to washer & dryer. Driveway will hold an SUV."
