This charming one-level, two-bedroom Nantucket-style cottage is located just a few cottages back from the Pacific Ocean on the main street into the Bella Beach community. Perfect for couples or a small family, Beach Bungalow …By the Sea offers a cozy coastal retreat with thoughtful touches throughout.

Inside, the living area features high wood ceilings, a gas-log fireplace, and comfortable furnishings, creating a warm and inviting space. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware for preparing meals. The dining area opens onto a spacious 450 sq ft back deck with southern exposure, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or soaking in the private hot tub.

The two bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements: one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed and private en suite bathroom. The second full bathroom, washer and dryer, and thoughtful amenities ensure convenience for all guests. Both bedrooms connect to the back deck, making it easy to step outside to enjoy the hot tub and fresh coastal air.

The cottage offers a peaceful setting with a spacious yard and native Oregon Coast landscaping. Guests can enjoy the deck, hot tub, outdoor seating, and Weber grill, while the beach is just a short stroll away.

Rental Deposit:	30% down
Cleaning Fee:	$100
Cancellation Policy:	Should the need to cancel arise between the date the reservation is made and 31 days prior to your arrival a refund of the initial rental charge will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee and a $75 reservation fee. For cancellations that occur within 31 days of your arrival date the total rental charge will be non-refundable and non-transferable unless we are able to re-book your accommodations less a 10% cancellation fee and a $75 reservation fee. For Extended Stay Rentals there is a 50% deposit and remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to your arrival, cancellations are not offered once rental is paid in full. No refunds will be given for medical emergencies, late arrivals or early departures.

“Beach Bungalow ..by the Sea” was the perfect setting for our mother-daughter Just-Us-Girls vacation. The location in Bella Beach between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay was ideal for exploring the coast, trying great restaurants nearby, and enjoying the area. Most of the week we were there was windy and cool, so we appreciated our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath one-level shake-shingled bungalow.
