Upstairs, two bedrooms share a bath, with TVs and individual sinks in each bedroom for extra convenience; the vaulted ceiling brings light and spaciousness to both rooms, and one room has a long, cushioned window seat and French doors to an ocean-view balcony.

If you’d like to invite more guests, a carriage house over the garage is a mini-apartment, with a bedroom, kitchenette, dinette, sofa, TV/DVD/VCR and full bath, plus a balcony for catching the ocean breeze.
