When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a front porch with three rocking chairs- they will persuade you to relax to the sounds and the sights of the ocean. Upon entering the house your eye is first drawn to the large gas fireplace, surrounded by gray granite that sparkles when the fire is lit.

Step into the living room where your feet sink into the plush carpet, take a seat near the large windows and let the sound of the ocean soothe you. On the walls are unique nautical décor. This is the perfect place for a “Movie Night”, or the big game, with surround sound and lots of seating.

When the movie is over, bring the troop into the kitchen for refreshments! Featuring a large dining table that can seat 10, this space is perfect for those big family gatherings that always seem to end up in the kitchen. One of the nice features in the dining area is the oak built-in cabinets that show off glassware and crystal, with a gray granite countertop. The kitchen is ample enough that several people can be in there and still have room to move around easily. The oak cabinets are warm to the touch and the gray granite counters are a cook’s dream! Over the kitchen sink is a garden window to let even more sunlight into the area. Off the kitchen is also a half bath as well as the washer/dryer alcove.

On the first floor, you’ll also find the master bedroom suite, which welcomes you in with the island/ocean theme. There is a wrought iron queen bed that entices you to come in and unwind. In the master bathroom, discover a large jetted tub, beckoning you to soak away your worries. No need to feel confined in this master bath, as there are his and her sink areas as well as a large walk-in closet.

Up the stairs, you will come upon two large bedrooms with a connecting bathroom. The bedroom to your right is spacious, with a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan for those warm nights. Not only is the bedroom large but you have your own balcony where you can sit and relax to the roar of the crashing surf. If you want to relax with a book, this bedroom is ideal because it offers a built-in window seat. This bedroom is furnished with a wrought iron queen bed to rest on after a full day of activities. Walk across the hall to the third bedroom and you will find a fun room decorated with lighthouses. This room offers you a wrought iron queen bed and a twin bed. This is a great space for children, complete with its own TV.

When you enter this one bedroom hideaway, the kitchenette greets you and there is a cozy eating area for 2-4 people.
