Welcome to A Bit of R'n R in Lincoln City! This newly built, beautiful two story home is located in the Olivia Beach area of Nelscott, just a short drive away from the Lincoln City Outlets. Step inside of this three bedroom, three and a half bath home with room for up to eight guests, and get ready to relax in comfort and style!

The front porch will welcome you to the beach with a large covered deck, complete with a couple of deck chairs. Head through the front door, and you'll step into the living room and dining room area. The living room, on your left hand side, is complete with a couch and two chairs surrounding a large, flat screen TV mounted on the wall.

The dining room table offers seating for all eight of your guests, along with two additional bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen, complete with everything you need to whip up a quick homemade meal, is right next to both the living room and dining room so you can visit together with your entire family even while cooking. The laundry room is located right behind the kitchen, complete with a washer and dryer for guest use, so be sure to pack light for your trip to the coast!

Head down the hall and find the master bedroom, complete with a queen size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower and a double vanity. You'll also have your own TV in this bedroom. Another half bathroom can also be found on this floor near the laundry room. Head upstairs and you'll find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom offers another queen size bed and mounted flat screen TV with its own private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The third and final bedroom offers two twin bunk beds with its own bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.

There is also a family area on the second floor with a large flat screen TV and a sofa with enough space for everyone in your group. Gather around after a long day on the beach and watch a movie together before bed! Make sure to pack the popcorn! There's also a small table with room for four in this area, perfect for doing a bit of work or playing a game together. Head back downstairs and out the back door where you'll be greeted by a hot tub and a fire pit surrounded by seating where you can whip up some s'mores or warm up by the fire during the cold winter months on the coast. You'll have close beach access, just a short walk to the south.

There is a neighborhood pool across the street, as well as a volleyball pit and a playground just down the street. There is also a BBQ on the back deck for your cooking needs while on your stay. You'll also be within close driving distance of many shops along Highway 101, including the Lincoln City Outlets. Head down south to the Taft area of Lincoln City, and you'll find plenty to do, including glass blowing or clamming on the Siletz Bay.
