You’ll climb stairs to get to the front door of Bud n’ Molly’s, but every step is worth the phenomenal ocean views you’ll enjoy from the second-floor great room. With its vaulted ceiling and high windows, this spacious, luminous gathering space is perfect for entertaining.
A huge wall-mounted TV/DVD can be seen from anywhere in the room, even the luxurious, ocean-view kitchen and its breakfast bar. You can load up the wood stove for chilly evenings and create some ambiance with the Bose Wave stereo or watch one of the many DVDs in the home library.
The kids will love playing ping-pong in the garage. There’s an ocean-view queen bedroom with a TV and nearby full bath on the same floor. Downstairs are two more bedrooms and a full bath.

Waldport is located on the Alsea River and Alsea Bay, 18 miles south of Newport and 8 miles north of Yachats. This quiet little beach town offers crabbing and fishing right off the docks! Outdoor activities also include kayaking, hiking and miles of beautiful flat sandy beach to explore.
Things to Do in Waldport:
Alsea Bay Bridge: Take a stroll or drive across the iconic Alsea Bay Bridge, which offers beautiful views of the bay and the surrounding area.
Explore Beaches: Waldport is known for its stunning beaches. Spend some time walking, sunbathing, beachcombing, or even flying a kite at Alsea Bay Beach, Governor Patterson Memorial State Recreation Site, or Big Stump Beach.
Go Fishing: Try your hand at fishing in the Alsea River or Alsea Bay. Both locations offer opportunities for both freshwater and saltwater fishing, with salmon and steelhead being popular catches.
Visit Eckman Lake: Located just east of Waldport, Eckman Lake is a peaceful spot for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or simply enjoying a picnic surrounded by nature.
