The kitchen is a cook’s dream with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a large pantry, and plenty of counter space! The large dining room area comfortably seats 10 for family-style meals.

The living room is modern and cozy, where you can watch the game on the flat-screen TV, or watch the waves over coffee while enjoying the gas fireplace. The living room also features an exterior door that leads to the beautiful seashore or up to the rooftop patio. The kitchen and living room both feature large windows that let in natural light and show off a view that can’t be beaten!

Catoor is a split-level home, meaning the stairs going up or down are very short. All bedrooms in Catoor are located downstairs. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a private ocean-front patio, and a King bed with a flat-screen TV. The downstairs also includes a bunk room with four twin beds built into the walls. The two guest bedrooms, also downstairs, feature 2 queen-size beds.

There is parking for 1 car in the garage, and 3 spaces in the driveway and in front of the home. Please call ahead if you have additional parking needs so we can make arrangements for you.
