Welcome to Cottage by the Sea, in Lincoln City! This one story three bedrooms and two bath cottage is perfect for you and five guests. Park the car, grab your bags, and head inside!
Up three steps and your walking through the front door, into the living room, complete with a recliner, large couch, flat screen TV and fireplace. Set the table for up to six and enjoy all of your meals together. There is also a family room on this level, complete with a second couch, loveseat, and recliner and large flat screen TV. The sofa folds out into a comfy queen sleeper and there is a DVD player, board games, and cable TV.
The sliding glass door leads out to a furnished and partially covered back deck, where there is a BBQ for guest use. Back inside you’ll find a bright and inviting kitchen complete with everything you need to whip up snacks or homemade meals.
Down the hallway you will discover that each room has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. The guest room offers another queen size bed and attached bath with a shower/tub combo.
Beach access is a short two blocks away and the Chinook Winds Casino is a few more blocks to the North. Head into the center of town to find easy beach access, or simply take a walk and explore the unique shops and find the perfect souvenir for your loved ones back home. The Taft district has two glass blowing shops that you can visit to create your own glass creation!

Very quiet and adorable little cottage. We enjoyed our 2 days stay and will book again. Fireplace had no instructions so we had to look up how to start it on YouTube, was very easy. The coffee pot didn't work and I hope they replace it. Beds were amazing, memory foam made it feel like sleeping on a cloud. I would recommend this place to anyone. —Vicki J.

"This is a very affordable rental - so it was exactly what we expected to find. The rental was very clean and the furniture and amenities were in great condition, which is always a worry when it's pet friendly. I think the pictures represent the rental very well. We did find the hall bathroom to have a damp towel smell, which I think was coming from the shower curtain, but again it was all very clean. The house is located back in the trees, so I think that's probably the challenge they have, it just seems a little damp. The house needs a quick cleaning outside, but I'm sure it's hard to keep clean with all of the trees around it and we are getting into fall. The only other thing, is that the previous renters didn't clean up after their pets outside, there seemed to be dog droppings all around outside, which I don't think the cleaning staff should have to take care of. Overall, it was a good house and exactly what you can expect at a very affordable price! We would stay there again. " —Guest from TIGARD
