This magnificent oceanfront, craftsman style home offers panoramic views of the ocean and surf from every room. It is nestled on an acre of land at the end of a peaceful road in one of the most pristine areas of the Oregon Coast known as Falcon Cove and Cove Beach.
Cove Beach Lodge is an artfully decorated 4,000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4 bath luxury home that sleeps 12-14. The Living Room with its tall windows and vaulted cedar ceiling offers a spectacular vantage point for sunsets & storm watching beside a large stone fireplace and a cozy built-in reading nook. Skylights & lots of windows stream natural light throughout the house.
The Kitchen is a fully-stocked chef’s delight, with top of the line appliances including a 6-burner Dacor stove, a large wood block prep island, a buffet island, and a big family dining table. It all opens onto a large deck with outdoor table and chairs.
The downstairs features a Family Room with a 50 inch HDTV, kitchenette, ping pong table, game table and a secret play nook for the kids. It opens onto a large patio with a beautiful landscaped yard and a ¼ acre of grass leading to the ocean and a campfire area.
The house sits alone in a tranquil setting bordered by a spruce forest that is the home of elk and bald eagles. A beautiful wind sculpted spruce tree sways in the wind and you can watch sea birds soaring above 100’ high Castle Rock just offshore. This spacious home is the perfect place for family and friends to share memories & create new ones.

| Cancellation Policy: | If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our office right away. We have a no refund cancellation policy unless the dates you reserved are re-rented to another guest. If that happens, then your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received minus the booking fee, cancellation fee of $50.00 and travel insurance if purchased. Because of this policy we highly recommend purchasing Red Sky Travel Insurance with your reservation. |

| Other Policies: | Payment Terms – If your reservation is more than 30 days away, the signed Guest Reservation Contract and your first payment are due within 5 days of receiving the rental contract. Please return the signed rental contract with the first payment. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival. If your date of arrival is less than 30 days away, the entire reservation cost and signed Guest Reservation Contract are due within 5 days of receiving your rental contract. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival may only be paid for by a credit card, money order, or cashier’s check. We also require a credit card to be kept on file with us even if you choose to pay by check. Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ). Our homes are in neighborhoods that have fulltime residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise. |
