The master bedroom is spacious with a sitting area and full master bath. Main level living has an electric fireplace, flat screen TV and is connected to the dining area adjacent to the kitchen.

The fully stocked kitchen has a wine fridge, coffee bar, gas cook-top and plenty of counter space. There is a main floor laundry room with a full bath attached.

There is a 2 car attached garage and parking outside for 2 more vehicles. Outside, there is a wind protected hot tub with access from the main living level or the lower level. This home is perfect for a large family or two families with ample space on all levels.

No pets are allowed and smoking outside only.
