Gull Cottage is a large beachfront home with a focus on family fun!

A great family home with a panoramic view from both the living room and the large wrap around deck makes it possible to enjoy the ocean view no matter the weather. The living room features ample seating to allow the entire family to gather in one place.

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliance and everything you will need to cook meals for the entire family. If no one is interested in cooking you can also dine at one of the many nearby restaurants in Pacific City!

Walking out onto the large wrap around deck you will find seating and dining space in the form of picnic tables and lounge chairs. A BBQ grill is also provided for guest use. From the deck walk down the stairs and straight onto the shifting sand dune. These allow for a private area for families to enjoy the sand without the wind of the wind and commotion of the beach. Should you want to visit the water a short walk over the dunes and through the native beach grasses and you will find yourself on Pacific City's famous beach.

The upper floor has master bedroom has a beautiful with a river view, full bath, and a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a river view and queen bed.

Head downstairs to find the 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, TV, and an adjacent full bath with walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed.
