Living room is perfect for family lounging after a day at the beach with a sofa, chair w/ottoman and an auto-reclining chair, smart tv, large coffee table and area rug. Gas fireplace to warm up after walking on the beach.

Game/Wine Bar room off of living room can be closed off with sliding glass doors. Great room to sneak off, sit and enjoy the ocean view with reading bench, telescope, and breakfast table with 4 bar stools. Wine bar counter with beverage fridge and glassware.

3rd Floor Master Suite has great ocean views from the king bedroom and the sitting area. There is a sofa bed couch in the side room where you can see, hear and smell the ocean! The master bath has a granite slab shower, and an extra deep soaking tub.
