“The place was great and accommodated our family wonderfully The place was great and accommodated our family wonderfully. Walking to the beach was outstanding! I loved the little path and it went right by a T pole at the beach line that 2 eagles would sit on, they are quite big! The hot tub was terrific and we used it every night. We also had a campfire and enjoyed using the huge JBL while sitting around the fire visiting. The pool table and arcade were great too. Being able to have our two dogs there was icing on the cake. We had a great time, thank you.”

“The layout is perfectly divided We had a great stay at this beach house! Overall, it’s a great space for groups and families. The layout is perfectly divided into two distinct areas. Upstairs has a cozy, relaxed vibe—perfect for watching movies and sharing meals together. Downstairs is more of a fun hangout zone, great for both kids and adults, with a pool table, ping pong, arcade game, and a hot tub. The outdoor area is just as impressive, featuring a sand volleyball court, a structured play area, a fire pit, and a path that leads straight to the beach. It is pet-friendly, so if you’re not an animal person, this may not be the best fit. Even if you don’t bring pets, you’ll likely notice some animal hair on the furniture. The only real negative was that the first house on the road looked a bit like a junkyard, which wasn’t the best first impression, but it didn’t impact our stay overall.”

“Great view of the dunes We rented both the upper and lower units for a family gathering over Thanksgiving. It was a great amount of space for our group. The two kitchens were very well appointed with a lot of appliances and equipment. The pool/ping pong table downstairs and the Xbox upstairs were a hit. Great view of the dunes from both units, and you can see the ocean from the upstairs living room. The hot tub was great too.”

“House is very well stocked We enjoyed our stay! House is very well stocked. Worked well for our pet. The only downside was the stairs on the outside which made figuring out rooms with kids difficult. But would definitely recommend, just think ahead.”
