La Dolce Vita is fully equipped with a modern kitchen (complete with a smoothie making Nutrabullet), comfy couches for relaxing and socializing, a library of books, movies, board and video game consoles, outdoor games (such as portable horseshoes, mini-pong, and tumbling timbers), beach chairs, and an assortment of adult beach cruiser bikes with helmets. After a day of fun, grown-ups can relax in the home’s Clearlight® far infrared sauna.

On the first floor, you will be greeted by cheerful coastal runners as you enter the home, the kitchen, family room, family dining table with bench seating, laundry area and half bath. The primary bedroom has its own private bath, and a balcony overlooking the wooded trails of Shorepine Village. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, recessed upper and lower bunk beds and is adjacent to the hallway full bath with skylight. A “lookout tower” with a comfortable futon offers a separate space where you can play games or use for an overnight guest. T
