The gas fireplace and entertainment center are encompassed by seating chairs and a loveseat for you to enjoy the flames flickering warmth while you watch your favorite movie on the 32" flat screen TV with the Blu Ray player. The whole family can enjoy playing board games or a game on the entertainment system upstairs.

Making your homemade dishes will be easy and fun to do in the fully stocked kitchen, including a gas range stove, microwave, and many more appliances to aid your cooking ventures. Granite counter tops provide plenty of room to prepare dinner or a late night snack. The round dining room table seats four, great for dinner or for a lively board game!

The bedroom on the main floor is spacious and is fitted with a queen-sized bed, two nightstand and arm chair. If you would like your suitcases tucked away, there is a closet ready in the room to hang your clothes and to store your luggage.

Next to the bedroom is the main floor shared full-sized bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a single sink with some counter space room for your toiletries.

Upstairs on the second floor is where the second bedroom and attached bathroom is located. This room also has a queen-sized bed, two nightstands and a dresser. There is also a 27" flat screen TV with DVD player and gaming console. The attached bathroom has a stand-up shower, pedestal sink, and toilet.

Mertini is next door to C’est La Vie, a café where you can enjoy espresso and sweet or savory crepes only steps away. For little ones, there is a park five homes down from Mertini and the beach access is only a five-minute walk away. You won’t forget Mertini and your stay in the Bella Beach neighborhood.

The parking for this unit is on a first come, first, serve basis due to the fact that its parking lot is public.
