This property is like being home. Two king beds were perfect plus a 3rd room off the entrance with a day bed. Light and airy. Cozy seating. Close to beach access but it’s not handicapped friendly - very steep steps to go down or up. However, there are other places to get onto the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. —Mary Ann S.

Wonderful Beach House

My family wanted to do a quick get-away before school started. This house was perfect for my husband and I and and our 3 boys. It was clean and cozy and a super close walk to the beach and downtown shops. We loved the contact-free check-in and check-out. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again. —Emily A.

Cute, warm and comfortable!

Very cute, clean and comfy. The beds and pillows were comfortable which is always an issue for me! Great location, nice neighborhood and walking distance to the beach access. Also, you can take showers in both bathrooms at the same time and not lose water pressure or hot water, which can happen in other places! The gas fireplace was really nice too. Great two night stay and will book again for sure. —Kimberly B.

Nice little house near the beach

The best thing about this house is the location! Just a tiny walk to Lincoln City's amazing sandy beach one way, and a short walk to downtown the other way. It's a lovely place to stay. —Jamie C.

"Sunny and clean! This sunny beach cottage was the perfect getaway for our family. We loved the close beach access, layout of the house, and easy check-in/out process. We would absolutely recommend. There were a few things that needed attention and the management company responded quickly to our message. I will say that several items of furniture are in sore need of replacement. We feared to sit on the kitchen chairs and it's a good thing the 3 year old was sleeping on the daybed because I'm afraid it may have collapsed under an adult's weight. The daybed/trundle mattresses were also pretty shabby. But everything else was nice. We were pleasantly surprised to find the TV's have been updated from what's shown in the pictures. We also appreciated the door to the foyer/stairs, which kept our little crawler contained. ;-) Besides the outside needing a good spiderweb sweep, everything else was very clean and well maintained. One of the best we've stayed in. Beach access is just down the road. It's 130 steps down to the beach, but it's actually not as bad as it sounds. We found it perfectly manageable, even with two tiny kiddos. It's also a good central location otherwise. Bottom line, we'd definitely rent from Meredith again.
