Even better is the home is located in downtown Long Beach on the Ocean Side. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants, Putt-Putt Golf, Scooper's ice cream, Go-karts, Marshes Free Museum, souvenir shops, and the local bars and grills, are all within a few minutes' walk from your home away from home. No need to drive again once you arrive at Oceans 12.

• This home is Pet-Friendly for up to two SMALL well-behaved dogs.

I didn't realize how close it was to the beach and I am so glad it was. Discovery Trail is not far away. The apartment is well kept and clean. It is pet friendly which I really appreciate. It was just myself and my two dogs. They enjoyed themselves immensely. I like that the door to the balcony has a screen door. The kitchen is well stocked for those that enjoy cooking but don't want to haul your own cookware. The check-in process was really easy. I would stay here again. —Recent Guest

The location is great - close to a couple of our haunts: the beach, the bakery and Banana Books! Pleasant encounters with residents and we enjoyed watching young families play at mini-golf. I took my mom to Long Beach for a long weekend and stayed at the Oceans 12. The property is great as a very short walk to the beach or the middle of town. The 2 bedrooms is great so we each had our own room and with the Bk3/Get 1 Free, it was basically the same amount as a hotel would have been.
